Campaign Monitor is an American service, I suppose with servers in America. Could this result in problems with e-maildelivery in Western Europe (more specific: Netherlands)?
Do you have experience in using Campaign Monitor for e-mailcampaigns in combination with Drupal?

The Campaign Monitor Advanced module came just in time for us - we needed multiple list management on a site we are building!
While I got started easy enough (the module is pulling in my lists from CM), I'm unclear on the Field Mapping options. I'd like to just offer form fields for anon site visitors instead of drawing from the Drupal user profile tokens. How does one do that?
